Oog (Caveman Text)

Caveman Text - Oog the Caveman - Level: Elementary

Here is a more natural interpretation of Oog's beautiful self-expression (your students' may differ):

Oog the Caveman

My name is Oog, and I'm a caveman. I live in a cave with my wife and a big wolf. The wolf's name is Hootie.

When we don't have any food, I kill a bear in the forest. Then my wife builds a fire and cuts the bear's meat for the children.

We cook the meat and Hootie takes the bones.

When the weather is cold, we can use the skin from the bear to make a blanket.

I have a simple life. I'm happy that I don't have a mobile phone.
